All rooms are Designed and Manufactured in the UK.
Full installation is carried out at the customers premises, by our team of experienced Service Engineers.
Room sizes Vary from 2100 x 2400 x 2200 to 2700 x 3000 x 2200mm.
All rooms are fitted with Ozone Direct’s UK Designed and Manufactured Ozone systems, programmed through the HMI (Human Machine Interface) to customers Specification and requirements and always with Safety in mind.

Ozone helps by destroying odours at the source and eliminating harmful bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria, Salmonella and Legionella. This makes environments cleaner and more hygienic — especially in areas where bacteria thrive, like kitchens, bathrooms or high-traffic commercial spaces.
Independent testing has shown no harmful cross-contamination of food when ozone is used properly. In fact, ozone has been observed to slow ripening in produce like bananas by inhibiting the production of ethylene, helping to prolong shelf life.
Ozone is effective wherever odours or hygiene concerns exist — from homes and businesses to commercial facilities. It can be used in washrooms, kitchens, offices, workshops, vehicles and more to neutralise smells and help control bacteria.
No. The ozone produced by our units naturally degrades back into oxygen and does not impact the earth’s ozone layer.
An ioniser releases static charges and primarily affects particles very close to the unit, whereas an ozone generator produces ozone through oxidation, which spreads throughout the entire space. Ozone can eradicate bacteria and odours in the air and on surfaces, while ionisers generally only influence airborne particles and cannot sterilise water.
Ozone is a strong oxidising gas — similar to how bleach is a strong oxidising liquid — but the levels produced by our generators are micro-doses designed to kill microorganisms safely. Our ozone generators are built to meet UK Health & Safety Executive standards and are designed for safe use when operated according to instructions.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-14 days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected, but we will always endeavour to deliver your order as promptly as possible.
If there is an unexpected delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing within the 14-day period. Once cancelled, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed items.
