The problem
GXO were seeking a solution for stock that was arriving at its destination country with an odour. These items of clothing could not be sold or reprocessed as they would be classed as damaged. As a result, the clothing would have to be given away or disposed of in a landfill.
The solution
We built a bespoke Ozone room to hold stock arriving in the UK from overseas. Designed in-house within our production premises in Washington, UK, our specialist team completed the installation of the Ozone room quickly and efficiently.

The Ozone room can effectively deodorise fashion items in bulk within a short space of time, meaning that the stock is fit for retail and can be resold at full price within UK stores.
